Appointment Policy: In our commitment to delivering the best possible care, we kindly require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Your scheduled appointment signifies a dedicated time slot reserved exclusively for you in your therapist’s schedule.
Important Note:
Late cancellations and/or missed appointments will incur a 100% Fee charged to you credit card. Moreover, they are not eligible for claims under health benefits programs. Consequently, the option to switch your appointment to a virtual or telephone session is always available.
