Appointment Policy: In our commitment to delivering the best possible care, we kindly require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Your scheduled appointment signifies a dedicated time slot reserved exclusively for you in your therapist’s schedule.

Important Note: Late cancellations and/or missed appointments will incur a 100% Fee charged to you credit card. Moreover, they are not eligible for claims under health benefits programs. Consequently, the option to switch your appointment to a virtual or telephone session is always available.

Degree: CYW, BA (Psych), Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology - Yorkville University

Client Focus: Individuals (ages 10 and above) and Couples

Issues: Anxiety, Transitions, Emotional Intelligence, Men’s Mental Health, Self Regulation, Burnout, Parenting Dynamics, Grief and Support for Neurodiverse Individuals.

Educational Background: With a foundational degree in Psychology from Trent University and advanced training culminating in a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, I bring a comprehensive understanding to my practice. Additional training includes EMDR, applied behavioural analysis, and certification as a Triple P Trainer.

Outside of Work: As a mom navigating the unpredictable journey of raising teens, I’m a perpetual learner. I love getting lost in the pages of a good book and the rhythm of cycling. However, what truly ignites my passion is public speaking and teaching.
